Returns and exchanges
You have 15 days to return any item that does not satisfy you after the delivery of your order.
For reasons of hygiene, we only take back new and unused products, with no odours or marks. Products bought in the sales may not be returned or exchanged.
Returned items must be in pristine condition, with their original labels and packaging.
How do I return an item?
1 - Put the clothes you want to return in an appropriate box or envelope.
2 - Add the information needed for the return (on this printed message or a piece of paper):
A) Your name and order number
b) If you want:
- An exchange for an item at the same price (e.g. a change in size or color). Specify what you want:
- a voucher to be spent on the website
- a refund
3 - Send the parcel to the following address only:

Returning to any other address will not be taken into account or will considerably slow down the processing of your request.
What happens if I ask for an exchange?
Upon receipt of your return, we will ship the required reference if available. We will pay for the cost of re-shipping.
What happens if I ask for a voucher to be spent on the website?
Upon receipt of your return, we will send you a code corresponding to the amount of the returned items. This voucher may be used within 1 year. To place your new order, log in with your email address and enter your code on the shopping cart page. You will have nothing else to pay except for the possible difference between the sum of your new order and the sum of your voucher.
What happens if I ask for a refund?
Upon receipt of your return, we will refund the account used for payment within 10 days.
Do you pay for the cost of returns?
You are required to pay for returning any products. We recommend economy shipping with tracking.
